HBA Fox Cities Parade Of Homes – February 2021

Virtue Homes is thrilled to have two gorgeous custom homes on display as part of the February 2021 Fox Cities Parade of Homes, put on by the Home Builders Association Association of the Fox Cities. We wanted to give you an inside look at these two awesome Fox Cities homes and highlight some of the unique features before you head off to the Parade!

Appleton Custom Home

First up is our 1.5-story, 4,169-square-foot home located at the Creekside Estates Subdivision at W5954 Edgewood Drive. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one half bathroom.

This unique home was built based on our popular Grady floor plan with some unique custom modifications.

Here are a few of the unique custom features we love:

This 3,144-square-foot home was built based off our Mimosa floor plan and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one half bathroom.
